Dart, Shock

This dart delivers a strong electrical shock that can disrupt electrical equipment or interrupt a character performing an action. Characters impacted with this dart who are not resistant to electrical shocks will pause their action. Electrical equipment that is susceptible to electrical shock will shut down and reboot. Most critical Hive systems are immune to electrical shock.
